Templates and HTML designs

A template is a saved subject and body. Use one for emails you send often, such as a monthly newsletter, so each campaign starts from the same layout.

Make a template

Open Templates and click New template. Templates use the same editor as campaigns, blocks or HTML. See Editor and blocks.

Start a campaign from one

In a campaign’s side panel, pick from Start from a template. It replaces the campaign’s subject and body with the template’s. Later changes to the template don’t affect campaigns already made from it.

HTML designs

To use a design from another tool, make an HTML template and paste the design in. Rowsend keeps your markup as you wrote it, removes anything mail apps don’t allow, and moves the CSS inline when it sends. See HTML designs.
