The trial

Every computer gets 7 days of full use, from the first time Rowsend runs on it. No card or account needed. When it ends, everything keeps working except sending campaigns to your contacts: you can still connect databases, write campaigns and send yourself tests.

The trial belongs to the computer, so reinstalling Rowsend doesn’t restart it.

A license

A license is a one-time payment. It works on one computer at a time and includes every future version.

The price rises as licenses sell: $20 for the first 300, $29 for the next 500, then $49. Pricing shows today’s price.

Buy and activate

Open Settings → License and click Buy a license, or buy from the pricing page.
The license key arrives by email.
Paste it into License key and click Activate.

Move it to another computer

On the old computer, open Settings → License and click Deactivate on this computer. Then activate the key on the new one.

Offline

Rowsend checks your license with Rowsend’s servers every few hours. If it can’t reach them, it keeps working on the last answer it got, for up to 30 days.

Rowsend Cloud

A license comes with 30 days of Rowsend Cloud, no card needed. After that, Cloud is $9 a month or $90 a year. Cloud is optional: Rowsend sends from your computer or your own server for free.

Sending campaigns through Cloud still needs a license or the trial on that computer.

Manage subscription in Settings → Companion changes your card, shows invoices or cancels. After you cancel, Cloud keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
